The Echo SR is a fast action rod ideal for steelhead, salmon and lake run brown trout or rainbows. The SR comes in smaller sizes making it a perfect choice for trout spey and 2 hand nymphing techniques. The 7 weight is great for spring run and fall steelhead and is a good choice for fishing for lake run Atlantics. Bigger 7 and 8 weirghts can be used for surf fishing for stripers, albies and other Northeast inshore favorites.
