Just In! A new version of the original AK Best Vise. Long favored for it’s unique design. The jaws feature the famous moon shaped cut out enabling you to get extra clearance for tying small flies. The head has a lock and click stop feature that allows you to turn the head in a 1/4 stop with a click lock. As you rotate the head, the jaws have a stop at each quarter turn. The head pivots and this allows you to set the head in any direction.
These have been out of production for around 15-20 years. These are new models re-engineered by HMH vises and are made using the latest machining tech to produce a brand new vise. Well made and these come with a lifetime warranty by HMH.
I am the first dealer in the world to offer these and these will be available on a limited scale. If you are looking for an original, look no more. Comes as a Ped base model only.

This has quickly become my go to vise and makes tying small flies a very enjoyable experience. I have tied size 8 to 30 and this vise holds the hook very securely have not thrown one yet.
