Description
Mearns Quails are harvested from a ranch in Arizona. The Males have some spotted hackles and also some unusual mottled gray feathers often used for cheeks on old New England Streamers. The female are mottled brown, tan and gray. These pelts contain the head, wings , bodies and tails . Each pelt was hunted and may contain imperfections and are dried with borax. Photos are representative only and items are similar to those shown. Grade 2s have flaws in hides and still have high quality feathers. Choose between Male or Female, Grade 1 or Grade 2.
