The Maxxon Standard Prime Double Taper Flyline is a go-to fly line for many anglers. This line is a basic standard, double taper floating profile. The Prime Standard is a great all-around floating line for most small rivers and lakes when throwing dry patterns and when fish are feeding on the surface. The Double Taper offers anglers a line that can be flipped over to use the rear section. We like to us DT lines for dry fly Fishing and small rivers and streams. The line matches well with the new Quill rods and the lightweight Slim reels. This line is ideal for scouts or clubs wishing to set up rods for classes.
