These are North Country Fly Maker’s waxes made by Gunpowder Custom Tackle. These are hand made using traditional formulas. Choose from: 722 Winter Wax, 621 Summer Wax , Black Cobbler’s Wax and L. Harrington Keene’s White Wax . The Keene Wax was from 1898 and was a favorite of Janes Leisenring. White wax is less likely to color the silk, whereas Black is used in making Greenwell’s Glory.
