Dyed Genetic Soft Hackle , these patches are hackle from Genetic Birds. These patches have round tips and have soft fibers. These can be used as wings are soft hackles. These are really interesting in that they give the tier lots of cool feathers. These are dyed over grizzly or white. The Genetic patches tie from 10-16.
