The Chota® Blue Line Chest Wader is a rugged-well designed wader created to fit more men, more comfortably using Chota’s innovative REEL-FITTM™ sizing system. With thirteen chest to waist convertible sizes, all featuring an extra wide, heavy duty tactical grade wading belt, improved Duc’s® suspender system, double-sided fleece lined hand warmer, reinforced 5-ply lower leg, knees, and seat area, water-resistant zippered chest & interior pockets, and 4 MM ergonomic neoprene booties – the Chota® Blue Line is light weight and heavy duty all at once. Unsurpassed fit, comfort, agility, and performance.
The main body consist of an extra light 3-layer fabric with great drape for a comfortable fit. Naturally Hydrophobic, the Polyester face fabric features a tight weave and is treated with DuPont™ Teflon® fabric protector. Superior breath-ability and waterproofness is provided by Chota’s Micro-Porous Water Barrier located at the heart of the 3-layer fabric. A supple Tricot inside lining composes the inside layer and provides a comfortable environment. While the front leg panels and seat panel feature an additional Micro-Porous Water Barrier and a Heavy-Duty Weave Polyester face fabric with re-positioned seams running up the back of the legs for reduced seam abrasion.
The New Blue Waders has improved features that offer you both quality and value. The New Blue Line Waders utilize the best of the Older South Fork Waders while updating and adding new features. The Blue Line Waders are high performance with improved fit and comfort. We suggest that you review the chart closely to get the best fit. Keep in mind if you are using these in the fall, spring or winter you may wish to consider what clothes you wear such as rain jackets, fleece , thick shirts or sweat shirts. In the spring we often layer wearing a thick shirt with a jacket or fleece or thermal sweat shirts.
